Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00 to 23:00
• Check-out: until 11:00 in the morning

Payment & Advance Payment

Payment is made on site at the property, either by cash or card.

A 40% deposit is required upon booking via bank deposit.

The remaining amount is payable upon arrival at the property.

Minimum Accommodation

The minimum length of stay at Eftihia Studios is subject to the period and availability. It usually ranges between 2 to 4 nights, with increased demands in high season.

For your best service and immediate availability, we suggest you consult the booking calendar, which is dynamically updated according to the current restrictions of each period.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 2 months before the arrival date.
• In case of cancellation less than 2 months before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Taxes & Extra Charges

According to the Greek legislation, the following charges apply:

Environmental Residency Tax:

• • From 01/05 to 31/10: €2 per night
  • From 01/11 to 30/04: €0.50 per night

Municipal Tax: 0.50%

Bank account

Contact us to send you the invoice if you have not received it by email.

Furthermore 

• Pets are NOT allowed
• Upper floors (1st floor) accessible only by stairs – no access for disabled persons.

Important Information

The reservation is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

Please include your name and dates of stay on the bank deposit.
